Had a “gotcha” moment on word choice recently. Still doesn’t change the point of the previous post ( it’s a few back) on anti-rotation. There is nothing wrong with “anti” core work , it’s a piece of the ever evolving core puzzle. Just as we are seeing ISOs have a place in strength work, they have a place in core work. I remind people “don’t believe everything you read and don’t read only what you believe”. I’d strongly recommend Shirley Sahrmann’s work as well Mechanical Low Back Pain. | Michael
