This one honestly caught me off guard. I always assumed Corn Pops were just… puffed corn. Think again. And they’re not the only cereal that sounds gluten-free but isn’t. Corn Flakes & Rice Krispies — both contain barley malt (aka gluten). Moral of the story: Names can be misleading.
