I don’t believe in doing the exact same workout every single day. The body adapts fast… so switching things up confusing the muscles is KEY for continued strength growth. On this day I went heavier for 5 reps with 25lbs to challenge strength… then dropped back to 15lbs for my 10-12 rep sets to keep endurance burn. Changing variables matters: load… tempo… rep count… angles… AND order 👇🏼 You don’t always have to do cardio at the beginning or the end. Sometimes putting cardio in the middle spikes
