the vanguard team is what the shield is about as well as the app and Street patrols.. and getting all the gear and software ready so we stay compliant..I always work on the basis of not rushing and making mistakes as this has to last and we built the system to hold 20,000 or more volunteers. it's absolutely amazing...I love all the why you not on the group yet....well if I did we would not last long this needed thinking and playing a game of chess so when I say it out it does not get taken down
