This house on Sullivans Island was built in the early 80s and it looks like it was sold in 2023 for $4,500,000 and the lot size is .48 acres. The building is currently in the process of being salvaged. I saw YouTube video advertising a development for this property so we’ll see what happens. I can’t imagine how much development they do on .48 acres 😳 but I’m sure they know what they’re doing and I’m sure it will be profitable.
