Crab Season is underway, and it's time for a refresher course on how to pick a crab! We're using an unseasoned crab in this video so you can see the steps a bit more cleanly, but we season all ours before cooking on our Baltimore Crab Deck! Our crab pickers in our original Hoopers Island crab picking plant use crab knives for picking, but this is a very regional preference! They're common on the Eastern Shore, but every time we post this video, we get lots of passionate opinions on both sides. ❤
