Today is day four of our week-long tribute to Chad Stuart, who would have turned 80 on December 10th. The Chad & Jeremy vocal blend is legendary. From the moment C&J first met at drama school in 1960, it was clear that something magical happened when they sang together. Ten years ago today, Jeremy Clyde’s longtime songwriting partner David “Big Dave” Pierce passed away in Paris. Jeremy began writing with ‘Big Dave’ in the early 1980s, a partnership that resulted in over 100 songs - making up the bulk of Jeremy’s nine volume ‘Bottom Drawer Sessions’ solo album series released between 2014 and 2023.
