HOMEMADE DILL PICKLES Ingredients For the Brine 1c vinegar 3c water 1/4c pickling salt 1-2 lbs small cucumbers 3-9 garlic cloves 3 bunches dill Place brine ingredients in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. While brine is cooking, place 1-3 cloves garlic and 1 bunch dill in each jar. Fill with cucumbers. Once brine is done, cover cucumbers with brine. Place lid on and put in the fridge for 1-2 days before eating however the longer they sit the better they will be. Makes appr
