Jan 2, 2018 · When Arsenal had both Russian and Bulgarian rifles, the SLR (Bulgarian) has slight better quality than the SGL. Minor things like grip plate, that the SGL wasn't really close to Russian modern manufacturing process, like the divots vs pins on the FSB and GB. We also had a glut of sporting Saigas being imported by pretty much everyone.
