Pixel phones on Amazon, compared to Google’s deals, including earlier models. It’s no surprise that the Google Pixel phone is on offer now that Black Friday is upon us. The company’s own store has just launched price cuts of $150 of the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro.

Over at the prepaid carrier Mint Mobile, you can currently get the Pixel 9 for just $399 (was $799) upfront without the need for a trade-in. While you need to be a new customer and buy a plan, the carrier will also throw in a full year of unlimited data for $180 on top - which equates to just $15 per month.

Launched only a few months ago, the Pixel 9 has been reduced from its usual £799 price to £699 for a SIM-free, 128GB edition of the phone. That Black Friday deal is reflected at multiple major retailers including Amazon, Argos and John Lewis.

That’s still a lot of money, but these are maxed out versions of Google’s most powerful phones. The latest iPhone 16 Pro models with a full 1TB of storage cost between $1,500 and $1,600. These Pixel handsets are also unlocked, so feel free to bring it to any carrier out there.
