But an anti-helicopter advocacy group told the Advance/SILive.com that the chopper traffic here and over other parts of the city isn’t just a nuisance but could be a deadly disaster waiting to happen.
Much of the money was to go toward flood mitigation in vulnerable areas of New York City that were struck hard by Hurricane Sandy and the remnants of Hurricane Ida.
