Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo says Taiwo Awoniyi is expected to stay in the hospital for a further five days following undergoing emergency surgery on an abdominal injury.

Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo has said while he remains "concerned" about Taiwo Awoniyi after his abdominal injury, the forward is recovering.

Taiwo Awoniyi underwent 'urgent surgery' on a ruptured intestine after colliding with a goal post in Nottingham Forest's 2-2 draw with Leicester City on Sunday.
