A suburban man is accused of driving drunk on I-290 and causing a wrong-way crash that killed another motorist.
Authorities say Saul Alba, 42, of Carpentersville was allegedly drunk when he drove on the wrong side of the Eisenhower Expressway early Sunday and crashed into three cars, killing one man.
Saul A. Alba, a 42-year-old Carpentersville man, has now been charged with multiple felonies, including Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Involving Death, Illinois State Police said.
