Marinakis stormed onto the pitch following the 2-2 home draw with Leicester, and his antics were initially perceived as frustration over his side dropping points.

After the game fizzled out into a disappointing draw which saw Nuno Espirito Santo’s men lose further ground in the Champions League race, owner Evangelos Marinakis came on to the pitch to speak to the Portuguese.
