In addition to Tropical Storm Fernand, forecasters are monitoring a tropical wave approaching the chain of islands in the far eastern Caribbean.

At 11 p.m. on Sunday, the center of Tropical Storm Fernand was near latitude 32.6 North, longitude 59.3 West. Fernand is moving toward the north near 13 mph, about 320 miles east of Bermuda.
