Kokko was reassigned to AHL Coachella Valley on Sunday. Kokko's demotion comes at the expense of Philipp Grubauer being recalled from the Firebirds in a corresponding move. Kokko allowed two goals on six shots in his NHL debut in relief of Joey Daccord in a 7-2 loss to the Blues on Feb.

Matty Beniers recorded his first multi-point game since Jan. 2, Philipp Grubauer earned his first win since Dec. 30 and the Seattle Kraken beat the Flyers 4-1.

Grubauer was recalled from AHL Coachella Valley on Sunday. Grubauer was waived by the Kraken in late January, but he'll rejoin the NHL club after Nikke Kokko was sent down. Joey Daccord has been inconsistent recently,

Daccord will tend the road twine Sunday versus the Capitals, according to Adam Kimelman of NHL.com on Saturday. Daccord will draw the start in the second half of a back-to-back -- Philipp Grubauer is facing the Flyers on Saturday.
