Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence was listed as a limited participant in practice due to an ankle injury. The Jacksonville Jaguars are getting healthy at the right time.
It has taken a lot for the Jaguars to get to this point, and there are plenty of people who deserve credit for it. Obviously, the locker room deserves recognition, as does head coach Liam Coen, general manager James Gladstone, executive vice president of football operations Tony Boselli, and owner Shad Khan.
The Jaguars are on a four-game win streak, recently defeating the Indianapolis Colts Sunday, Dec. 7 at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida.
The NFL will also flex two Week 18 games to Saturday and one game to SNF for the final week of the regular season. The Broncos are set to host the Los Angeles Chargers (8-4) in their regular-season finale on Jan. 3 or Jan. 4, pending flex decisions.
Coach Liam Coen has done a terrific job with this group, enough to earn him some Coach of the Year votes. The Jaguars close out the season with home games against the Jets and Titans and road trips to the Jones-less Colts and the Broncos.
The Jacksonville Jaguars don't feel the love from the national, media. And that's OK. They will just use it to motivate them as they continue to win.
