TCU's Josh Hoover was 18-for-35 for 212 yards through the air, but only threw for 20 yards in the second half. UC held running back/receiver Savion Williams to 10 yards, but couldn't keep him from scoring two touchdowns.

Although Cincinnati lost its fifth game in a row, the Bearcats had a great rush game. Their two touchdowns were also rushing scores. Sorsby had multiple double-digit runs with his longest a 25-yard gain. He ended the night with 93 rushing yards on 13 attempts and one rushing touchdown.

With temperatures in the low 30s and snow falling down in Cincinnati, Ohio, the TCU Horned Frogs were tested in the frigid conditions. Despite the offense being held without a point in the second half, TCU defeated Cincinnati 20-13.
