The Rochester Police Department says officers were dispatched to an apartment building on the 1000 block of 41st Street Northwest. Upon arrival, officers found a man who had been shot outside the apartment complex. Despite lifesaving measures, the man died at the scene. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.

Police say a Congressional intern killed in a Washington, D.C., shooting was one of three victims caught in the crossfire when gunfire erupted on a crowded street. WRC's Jackie Bensen reports.

Each shooting this week stemmed from some sort of dispute with feelings of disrespect and shame, Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison said.
