The NFL preseason reached its conclusion this past weekend, with many former Huskers providing one last push to earn their spots on the 53-man roster.

Elgersma, an undrafted rookie from Canada, threw his first touchdown pass of the preseason (a 3-yarder to Will Sheppard ). He finished 6-of-8 for 32 yards.
