UConn women's basketball star Sarah Strong is one of the latest NCAA standouts to join the Jordan Brand lineup.
The UConn women's basketball 2026 recruiting class is rounding into shape, with coach Geno Auriemma securing a commitment from Serbian guard Jovana Popovic Thursday afternoon. Popovic will join top recruit Olivia Vukosa in Storrs next season, leaving just one scholarship to fill in the 2026 class.
Ten players will make their senior national team camp debuts including Bueckers, Lauren Betts, Cameron Brink, Veronica Burton, Sonia Citron, Caitlin Clark, Kiki Iriafen, Rickea Jackson, Angel Reese and JuJu Watkins. Watkins, a junior at USC, is recovering from an ACL tear suffered during the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
The No. 6 Michigan Wolverines face the top-ranked UConn Huskies on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
As many as 15 ranked teams could play another ranked opponent in a week full of neutral-site tournaments and invitationals.
