After the Bills beat the Steelers on Sunday, both teams have updated playoff odds in a contentious AFC race. The Buffalo Bills smoked the Pittsburgh Steelers 26-7 on Sunday, moving to 8-4 on the season.
It was an unfortunate sequence of events for the Pittsburgh Steelers coming out of the half. On the first play from scrimmage, Aaron Rodgers was sacked for a nine-yard loss, and he lost a fumble, recovered by Bills DT Christian Benford and returned for a 17-yard touchdown.
While Buffalo (8-4) is back in the winner's circle, Pittsburgh (6-6) has lost two straight games and five of its last seven. Sunday was another brutal showing for a Steelers offense that gained just 166 yards and possessed the ball for less than 19 minutes.
