SpaceX got its Starship rocket into orbit, but after a tense few minutes of comms and the loss of an engine, the call was made to end the mission early.

SpaceX’s massive Starship launched from Texas and reached orbit.

During the 10-hour flight, Starship will aim to complete roughly six orbits of Earth and deploy Starlink V3 satellites, before splashing down in the Pacific Ocean, west of Chile.
