Jordan Spieth is rejoining the PGA Tour to kick off the Florida swing and announced he will play in an unexpected tournament.

The field of 144 PGA Tour golfers features five from the top 22: Russell Henley, Sepp Straka, Shane Lowry of Jupiter, Billy Horschel and Sungjae Im.

Jordan Spieth has been added to the field for next week's Cognizant Classic. Spieth, who has never played the annual PGA Tour stop at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, was announced as committing about an hour and a half after the initial field list dropped.
