After the super-success of Stree 2, Shraddha Kapoor has now moved to a new luxurious home in Juhu and has paid a whole year's rent in advance.

Actress Shraddha Kapoor, recently seen in the blockbuster Stree 2, rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu for ₹6 lakh per month, property documents accessed by Zapkey showed. Kapoor rented the 3928.86 square feet apartment for a year. The actress has paid advance rent of ₹72 lakh for the entire year, the documents showed.

Shraddha Kapoor has rented a 3,929 sq ft luxury apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area for Rs 6 lakh per month. The lease term is for 12 months, and she has already paid the rent for the entire period. The deal was registered on October 16.
