The one day mega heavy music festival in Las Vegas with nearly 60 bands announced that due to “unforeseen circumstances” the show would not go on.

Sick New World is getting canceled just weeks after announcing an impressive lineup that included Linkin Park and Metallica as headliners. The festival shared the unfortunate news on its official website.

Sadly, another music festival bites the dust. If you were looking forward to catching Sick New World 2025, you’re out of luck. Yesterday (November 29), Sick New World organizers announced that the event scheduled for next year has officially been canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances” with a post on Instagram (viewable here ).
