Tom Homan suggested that federal funding will be slashed if governors and mayors resist a crackdown on undocumented immigrants.

President-elect Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, put Denver’s mayor on notice that if he goes ahead with plans to resist the next president’s mass deportation effort that he’ll potentially land himself behind bars.

Homan’s comments come after Mayor Mike Johnston said he was willing to go to jail to stop possible mass deportation efforts under the incoming Trump administration.
