ALBANY, N.Y. — New York Governor Kathy Hochul says she is preparing to deploy the New York National Guard following a work stoppage by corrections officers at multiple state prisons across the state, including in Western New York. Hochul says the troops will be mobilized if the corrections officer do not end the work stoppage.
