Kanye West has allegedly relapsed on nitrous oxide, a New York Post exclusive report says. His memory is said to be affected, and his behavior is erratic, sources claim.

“The nitrous took over in Los Angeles. After the Grammy party [on Feb. 2], he met people and it kind of escalated to things that he never does anymore when he’s in Japan,” the source claimed, referencing Kanye’s most recent destination before heading back to the US.

Kanye West has left many questioning his health as he has reportedly relapsed back to inhaling nitrous oxide. The rapper's addiction to the anesthetic made headlines last year when an ex-employee accused a celebrity dentist of being West's dealer.
