Not long after Ohio State announced that Julian Sayin will lead the Buckeyes’ offense against the Texas Longhorns in Columbus on Saturday, Texas EDGE Colin Simmons reportedly posted a photo of Saying on his Instagram story.

Steve Sarkisian and the Texas Longhorns have under a week remaining before facing off against the Ohio State Buckeyes on the road in Columbus. Entering the season, the Longhorns are widely expected to be a top-tier national championship contender.

The Ohio State Buckeyes are facing the Texas Longhorns in Week 1 on Aug. 30, and at the helm of the offense will be redshirt freshman Julian Sayin. After Sayin's offseason battle with redshirt sophomore Lincoln Kienholz, head coach Ryan Day officially named Sayin the starter on Monday.
