The Broncos have activated second-year linebacker Drew Sanders to the 53-man roster on Tuesday, a source told The Denver Post. Sanders has been on the PUP list since he tore an Achilles tendon during the early part of Denver’s offseason workout program last spring.

The Denver Broncos have activated linebacker Drew Sanders from the physically unable perform list to the 53-man roster, according to a report from KUSA-TV's Mike Klis. Sanders (6-4, 233 pounds) was picked by the Broncos in the third round of the 2023 NFL draft out of Arkansas.

Linebacker Drew Sanders is back on the 53-man roster in Denver. The Broncos announced that Sanders was activated from the physically unable to perform list on Tuesday. The 2023 third-round pick has spent the entire season recovering from a torn Achilles he suffered this offseason.

Sanders was Broncos' third-round pick last year who suffered Achilles tear in spring. Dulcich was waived Tuesday by Broncos. Broncos also cut Throckmorton.

The Denver Broncos will have to make at least one roster decision this week. After letting the deadline for pass for Delarrin Turner-Yell ( ACL) to return from the physically unable to perform list last week, the Broncos will keep Turner-Yell on the PUP list for the rest of the season.
