While none of us were expecting The Penguin Season 2 to be added to the roster of upcoming DC TV shows any time soon, the chances of Oswald Cobb’s return before The Batman: Part II look to have gotten a bit slimmer.

The Penguin star Colin Farrell may be headed for a completely different corner of the DC universe to play a completely different character than his award-winning Oz Cobb. Farrell is in talks to star in the Sgt.

Colin Farrell, who waddled his way to considerable acclaim for his work as a classic DC villain in The Penguin, is in negotiations to return to the world of DC with Sgt. Rock, the World War Two action movie to be directed by Luca Guadagnino for DC Studios.
