Country singer Austin Tanner is facing arrest for allegedly violating his bond after he posted a photo of himself at an awards show on social media. Tanner, 38, was indicted in April on two counts of insurance fraud and attempted theft of property.

A singer has a warrant out for his arrest after he violated his bail conditions to walk the CMAs' red carpet, as he was not invited to the award ceremony.

Austin Lee Tanner was out on a $20,000 bond on two counts of insurance fraud, one count of theft and one count of attempted theft when he attended the CMA Awards, according to a motion submitted to the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama. The CMA Awards were on Nov. 20 at Bridgestone Arena.

An Alabama judge issued a warrant for the arrest of Austin Tanner on Tuesday, Nov. 26, just days after Tanner traveled from his home in Alabama to Nashville with wife Skyla to attend the CMAs — without first asking permission of the court, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

And we know that because the 38-year-old Alabama native, who was reportedly indicted in April on two counts of insurance fraud and attempted theft of property and was released on $20,000 bond, recently made the trek to Nashville for the CMA Awards. He even took a photo on the red carpet and shared it to his Instagram.
